The benefits of modular construction are quickly gaining notice with residential and commercial customers alike. Modular homes and buildings leave less waste behind, as they are produced in an assembly line, where scrap work is minimized and often recycled back into the product. They are more airtight than traditionally-constructed homes, and therefore more energy efficient, since they aren’t exposed to the elements during the indoor assembly process. For the same reasons, they are stronger than traditionally-constructed homes, and since they take less time to build/install, they are less expensive and offer a quicker turnaround time.

Prevost Construction is both aware and supportive of eco-friendly building methods, and strives to reduce waste and build the most energy-efficient homes and offices possible. Our website has been intentionally designed using a dark colored background to reduce computer monitor energy, and all pages printed from the site will have a white background to conserve toner cartridge ink.
